Support Clause

  • Normal support rate of $175.00 per hour, billed in ¼ hour increments to any time not covered under the Service Agreement.

  • Billable support would include hardware issues such as Router configuration, Server cleanup, Network updates, IIS, SQL cleanup or speed issues not directly caused by the Davisware products.

  • Systems running Davisware products are NOT included in your Davisware support contract. These type issues should be handled by your IT staff or IT consultant.

  • Please clarify with your Davisware support person that the work they are about to perform is covered by your service agreement.
