Normal support rate of $175.00 per hour, billed in ¼ hour increments to any time not covered under the Service Agreement.
Billable support would include hardware issues such as Router configuration, Server cleanup, Network updates, IIS, SQL cleanup or speed issues not directly caused by the Davisware products.
Systems running Davisware products are NOT included in your Davisware support contract. These type issues should be handled by your IT staff or IT consultant.
Please clarify with your Davisware support person that the work they are about to perform is covered by your service agreement.
